Sticky Jack Glue, the company’s newest product will enter the market place in September of 2008. The formula for Sticky Jack Glue is similar in structure to the already popular Sticky Ass Glue, but boasts a quicker set time.
According to Jan Minnich, Marketing Director for Sticky Ass Glue, LLC, “Sticky Jack Glue, like our original polyurethane glue, is a moisture cure adhesive, with superb bonding strength. But through modifying the structure, we have been able to decrease the set time for Sticky Jack Glue to 30-60 minutes.” Like its predecessor, Sticky Jack Glue is 100% American Made, and waterproof.
Sticky Jack Glue was also created in effort to work with retailers who were apprehensive of the parent company name. “All buyers whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with have loved the Sticky Ass Glue product, but a few did have reservations about our name, which refers to a donkey. Still, as our formula has proven to outperform some of the leading polyurethane adhesives in Peel and Shear Tests, we wanted to make sure that it is available to consumers nationwide. Since we’d already planned to release a faster setting product, we took this opportunity to present an additional option to meet the requests of all of our vendor partners,” Minnich explains.
4 oz bottles of Sticky Jack Glue will be available in select retail stores, and online in mid September, with a retail price of $6.99.
