About Arthur Pearlstein
Arthur Pearlstein is Professor of Law and Director of the Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), Haverford College (B.A.) and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University (M.Disp.Res.). Pearlstein previously served as the general counsel and director of Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Programs at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). He has also been a speaker, panelist and lecturer on negotiation and dispute resolution on 4 continents at a wide variety of institutions, conferences and symposia including the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, Cornell University, the Association for Conflict Resolution, Hong Kong University, Claremont Graduate University, the Middle East Technical University, and the International Academy of Mediators.
